Sales Manager Industrial Electrical & Automation Locations: 2 positions in Indore; 1 position in Raipur Experience: At least 10 years in industrial/institutional sales (AC VFDs, motors, control panels, PLCs, test & measurement) Education: Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Reports to: Company leadership; manages a team of Sales Engineers Key Responsibilities Manage key customers and OEMs: Develop and maintain direct relationships with key industrial accounts and original equipment manufacturers, ensuring consistent support and account growth. Service sales: Promote and sell service contracts (spares, repairs and maintenance) for ABB drives and related equipment in addition to product sales. Lead generation via consultants & projects: Identify and generate leads by actively engaging with electrical, HVAC and project consultants, and by networking on large upcoming projects. Drive individual and team targets: Achieve both personal and team revenue targets by managing and motivating the sales team while maintaining your own sales pipeline. Strategic planning & team leadership: Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base; recruit, set objectives and coach Sales Engineers, presenting realistic forecasts and reports to management. Customer & market intelligence: Cultivate longterm partnerships with industrial clients, consultants and institutions; monitor competitor activity and market shifts; communicate customer feedback to internal design, programming and service teams. Qualifications & Skills Proven record of meeting or exceeding product and service sales targets with technical customers. Strong leadership, mentoring and peoplemanagement skills. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers, consultants and team members. Proactive lead generator with established consultant and OEM networks. Sales Engineer Industrial Electrical & Automation (Field Sales) Locations: 2 positions in Indore; 1 each in Gwalior, Jabalpur and Raipur Experience: 2–8 years of technical sales in industrial automation/electrical products Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering Reports to: Sales Manager Key Responsibilities Solution & service selling: Support the Sales Manager by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable ABB drives, motors, control panels, Fluke instruments and service packages (spares, repairs and maintenance). Generate leads: Prepare technical presentations, explain product features and scientific processes, and generate highquality leads for both products and services. Manage sales cycle: Follow up on prospects, secure orders, negotiate prices, arrange deliveries and contribute to upselling and crossselling opportunities for equipment and aftersales services. Technical liaison & support: Discuss equipment needs with customers, collaborate with design and programming teams, provide aftersales support, and recommend improvements or upgrades. Market feedback: Log client feedback, collect competitive intelligence and share it with the Sales Manager to refine product and service offerings.
