Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Sales cum Service Engineer to join our Hyderabad team. This is a full-time on-site role, where you will play a dual function: driving sales initiatives and providing hands-on service support to customers. Your role will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and brand value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support and consultation to customers for selecting the right pumping solutions

2. Promote and sell the company's range of submersible pumps and related services

3. Attend customer site visits for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance

4. Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels

5. Conduct goodwill visits to strengthen client relationships and gather feedback

6. Maintain readiness for spare orders (ORD) and manage spare parts business

7. Identify and generate sales leads through site visits and networking

8. Work collaboratively with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups

9. Ensure accurate documentation of service calls and sales activities

Qualifications & Skills Required

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)

2. Proven experience in sales engineering or a similar technical-sales role

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

3. Excellent communication and customer handling abilities

Prior experience in the pump or water management industry is preferred

4. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams

5. Fluency in regional language(s) and English is desirable
