Sales cum Service Engineer

Your main responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and repairing Material Handling Equipment at client sites, diagnosing technical issues, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. You will be expected to conduct product demonstrations, provide technical expertise during client interactions, and maintain detailed documentation of service activities. Your ability to troubleshoot effectively, stay updated on product features, and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner will be crucial for maintaining high service standards. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field and have 2-5 years of experience in service engineering or a similar position. Strong technical knowledge of Material Handling Equipment, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities are essential. Your flexibility to travel frequently to client sites and collaborate with both clients and the sales team will also be key to success in this role.
