Position Summary: We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and passionate about helping businesses embrace AI-enabled learning solutions. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, while also nurturing relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outbound outreach. Understand client needs and position AiVantage s solutions to address business challenges and enhance workforce capabilities. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and lead solution-focused discussions with key decision-makers. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and close. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HRTech, EdTech, or AI-driven solutions. Strong consultative selling skills and a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate AI-related features and benefits. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.

About the role Were setting up our founding GTM team and looking for someone passionate about content marketing in the AI development space. Youll own our content strategy from the ground up, working directly with founders to build our voice in the developer community and drive growth through strategic content. The market and product are both evolving rapidly, so creating content that helps development teams build world-class AI applications is critical to our success. Your responsibilities Own the content plan across the full funnel - from awareness to education to conversion, and track whats working Develop deep understanding of our developer audience: their culture, workflows, tool stacks, and frustrations Write technical blogs, case studies, playbooks, and educational content to help teams build with AI Create product-focused content including best practices, how-tos, and feature guides Create sales enablement materials: longer form content pieces, decks, one-pagers, and email copy aligned to sales process Collaborate with founders and the GTM team to translate complex AI concepts into compelling content that resonates and drives pipeline Establish content production schedules and manage editorial calendars Test, iterate and optimize content by measuring traffic, engagement, and pipeline impact Work across sales enablement, growth experiments, and community building initiatives About you You re customer-obsessed and understand developer mindset and workflows. What You ll Do Regional Go-to-Market Execution Support product launches and GTM strategies across APJ, ensuring alignment with regional needs. Localize global marketing campaigns for key and emerging APJ markets. Optimize product messaging and positioning for diverse audiences. Sales Enablement Adapt global sales content for APJ, ensuring relevance and effectiveness. Equip sales and partners with the right messaging, competitive insights, and use cases. Gather regional feedback to refine positioning and enablement strategies. Content & Messaging Tailor product messaging to resonate with APJ customers while maintaining global consistency. Work with content teams to adapt marketing assets (case studies, blogs, web pages) for the region.
