- We are looking for a young and motivated individual to join our Business Development team and play a key role in extending our global reach. As a Business Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. While prior experience is not mandatory, we are seeking candidates who are excellent in verbal and written communication and are willing to adapt to the demands of international clientele.

Requirements:
Lead Generation
- Develop a comprehensive prospect list aligned with the target market & business goals.
- Implement effective lead generation strategies (e.g., content marketing, webinars, social media).
- Demonstrate deep understanding of client needs and pain points.
Account Management
- Effectively present the value proposition of IT services and SaaS solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with maximum profitability.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
Client Relationship Management
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Gather client feedback to inform product development and service improvement.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Continuously update knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies.
- Proactively recommend strategies to address market challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Content Creation
- Create persuasive and compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Maintain and update internal sales collateral (e.g., presentations, product sheets).
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging and the target audience.
Sales and Marketing Documentation
- Develop and maintain a centralized repository for all sales and marketing documents.
- Create and update standard templates for proposals, presentations, case studies, and other sales materials.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to brand guidelines and is visually appealing.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing materials.
Strategic Partnerships Management
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with complementary businesses or organizations.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships.
CRM Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, contacts, accounts, and activities within the CRM system.
- Ensure consistent and standardized data entry across all sales and business development activities.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards from the CRM to track key performance indicators and provide insights to the team.
- Adhere to established CRM processes and workflows.
- Identify and recommend improvements to CRM usage and processes.
Personal Development
- Participate in professional development activities per year (e.g., courses, conferences, networking events).
- Develop and maintain expertise in IT services and SaaS offerings.
- Continuously improve sales and communication skills.
Global Client Exposure & Communication Skills
- Handle global client communication professionally with clear, smart, and logical articulation.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to understand client expectations across different geographies.
