Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be key in driving business growth by identifying and engaging prospects, generating qualified leads, and setting up meetings for our sales and leadership team. If you have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT industry, and are passionate about building relationships and driving results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Outreach:

    Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients through multiple channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Lead Generation:

    Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads by researching and understanding client needs, pain points, and business goals.
  • Meeting Scheduling:

    Proactively schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales and leadership team, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified prospects.
  • Research & Data Gathering:

    Leverage tools and platforms to mine and gather business intelligence, create detailed prospect profiles, and identify decision-makers.
  • CRM Management:

    Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Performance Metrics:

    Meet or exceed KPIs related to lead generation, engagement rates, and scheduled meetings.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development or Inside Sales role, ideally within the cybersecurity or IT industry.
  • Communication:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
  • Tech Savvy:

    Proficiency in using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase, Zoho, etc.
  • Organized:

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Self-Starter:

    Motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability:

    Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and sales techniques.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Familiarity with cybersecurity or IT solutions and understanding and communicating technical concepts are pluses.
