Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive the company growth.
• Developing growth strategies, identifying new markets, generating and nurturing leads, building customer relationships, and negotiating and closing deals.
• Responsibilities should involve creating sales proposals, conducting market research, and providing after-sales support.
• Strategic planning and market research
• Develop and execute long-term business and marketing plans.
• Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Analyze market behavior and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop a value-added pricing strategy that differentiates the company from competitors.
• Lead generation and sales
• Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring they align with the company's growth goals.
• Client management and support
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage and grow existing accounts by introducing new products or services.
• Team and project management
• Develop goals for the business development team and ensure they are met.

Preferred candidate profile

Location- Chennai- Candidate with any graduate and min. 5 yrs experience in business development of MEP projects in construction and relevant industries

Location- Vadodara, Gujarat- Candidate with any graduate and min. 5 yrs experience in business development and penetration of businesses in bigger sized power plants in India and overseas.
