Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

About the Role

We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to fuel our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You'll contribute to building our sales pipeline and expanding REPAC's client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients across target industries
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the senior sales team
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign strategies and content for lead generation
  • Manage and update CRM system with accurate prospect information and activity tracking
  • Stay informed about REPAC's service offerings, case studies, and industry trends
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market insights, competitor activities, and prospect objections

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SDR role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executives
  • Strong phone presence and experience making high-volume cold calls
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and resilience in handling rejection
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex service offerings
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
