Job Title: Sales Development Representative – Digital Health Solutions

Location: Pune

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving the adoption of our cutting-edge digital health platform. This role requires a motivated individual who understands the value of health analytics, digital transformation in healthcare, and can confidently pitch a tech-enabled wellness solution to a range of clients—from hospitals and clinics to health professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building

  • Identify and qualify potential clients across healthcare institutions, insurance companies, corporates, and health practitioners.
  • Use channels like cold outreach, LinkedIn, email marketing, networking events, and inbound lead handling to build a strong prospect pipeline.


2. Product Pitching & Client Engagement

  • Clearly communicate the product’s unique value proposition in simplifying health data interpretation and enhancing preventative care.
  • Tailor pitches to different client segments, highlighting relevant use cases such as health assessments, corporate wellness, or diagnostic enhancements.


3. Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their challenges and aligning product features to meet those needs.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact post-sale to ensure retention and growth.


4. Sales Strategy & Closure

  • Conduct virtual and in-person demos and presentations to showcase the platform's features and analytics-driven health insights.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing and negotiation strategies, aiming to close deals and meet monthly and quarterly targets.


5. Market Intelligence & Feedback

  • Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, digital health competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Actively gather feedback from prospects and clients to inform product and marketing teams about market needs and gaps.


6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and technical delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Translate client needs into actionable insights for internal teams.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, preferably in health tech, SaaS, or wellness-related domains.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools and sales reporting software.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products in simple terms.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and technology-driven solutions.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling to healthcare providers, insurers, or wellness consultants.
  • Background or strong interest in healthcare, diagnostics, or data analytics.
