Clazar is transforming how software companies go to market via cloud marketplaces like AWS, Azure, and GCP. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR ), you’ll play a critical role in building a strong sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing outbound leads. This is a foundational role on our GTM tea m — ideal for a high-energy, entrepreneurial candidate eager to contribute directly to Clazar’s growth and scale their career rapidly in SaaS sales. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives, founders, and GTM stakeholders to drive top-of-funnel activity in the dynamic world of cloud marketplace enablement. Responsibilities Source and research target accounts in the SaaS/Cloud ecosystem using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting databases. Execute outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential customers across the US market. Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, budget, and decision-making authority, and hand off high-quality opportunities to AEs. Coordinate and schedule meetings, discovery calls, and demos between prospects and Account Executives. Maintain up-to-date records of lead activity, outcomes, and pipeline health in HubSpot (our CRM) Collaborate with sales and marketing to iterate on messaging, campaigns, and lead targeting strategies. Share customer insights with the broader team to refine GTM and product approaches Requirements 1–3 years of proven experience in outbound SDR, BDR — ideally in SaaS or B2B technology environments. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a natural ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with prospects. Demonstrated success in cold outreach, lead qualification, and achieving pipeline generation targets. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales tech stack (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage high-volume outreach and follow-up tasks.
