About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-stack sales support, including outreach, lead qualification, and deal closure for our U.S.-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients located in the United States (EST/PST time zones).
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the client’s internal sales team.
Close client deals independently, working on a performance-based commission structure.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound sales or B2B lead generation (preferably in the US market).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work night shifts aligning with US time zones.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
