About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated SDR to support a client-focused project in HR consultancy & edtech. This is a part-time role focused on results – scheduling qualified meetings with potential clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Extract leads using the provided tools and prepare them neatly for outreach.
  • Qualify prospects and book appointments with decision-makers.
  • Maintain CRM and ensure all scheduled appointments are attended by the client.
  • Coordinate occasional brief meetings with the project lead for alignment.

Remuneration:

₹15,000 for the first month (Negotiable), with renewal options based on results.


Ideal Candidate:

  • 1–2 years in B2B sales or SDR roles (experience in tech, HR, or edtech preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
