Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Pune. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential clients, and building relationships to drive new business opportunities. Daily tasks will include conducting research to identify prospects, making outbound calls, crafting emails, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide the first point of contact for potential clients. Qualifications Proven expertise in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and client acquisition processes Strong Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with diverse stakeholders Sales and Business Development experience, focusing on identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus Previous experience in compliance or technology sectors is an advantage Language Profieciency - Tamil, Telgu, Malayallam (Mandatory)
