Sales Development Manager

As a Sales Development Manager at Aereo, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a repeatable outbound sales strategy tailored to key international markets. Your primary focus will be on collaborating cross-functionally to ensure that Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) generation aligns with broader revenue goals. Your role will involve designing robust qualification criteria to accurately identify high-intent leads and reduce false positives. It will be crucial to maintain a predictable and high-quality flow of qualified leads to support sustained sales performance. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS lead generation, with a preference for those with Geospatial/Tech experience. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of building international SDR functions from the ground up. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in fast-growing startups with strong outbound sales processes. Experience in building and leading SDR teams, as well as aligning sales and marketing efforts, will be key to success.
