Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Meerut for the role of Sales Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include leading and managing sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving business targets, and driving lead generation. The role also involves monitoring sales operations, collaborating with team members, and maintaining effective communication channels to ensure the achievement of organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Strong Lead Generation skills to identify and develop potential customer opportunities.
• Experience in Team Management and the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving targets.
• Proven knowledge and expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to drive revenue growth and implement effective sales strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in insurance sales or financial services is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills to optimize team performance and workflow.
