Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Industry: Masterbatch Manufacturing (Color, Black, White & Additive Masterbatches) Experience: 2 to 5 Years Employment Type: Full Time Department: Sales & Marketin About The Company A reputed and leading masterbatch manufacturing company, operating since 1987, with ISO 9001:2015 certified facilities located in Western India. It has a strong commitment to quality, service, and innovation, backed by in-house testing laboratories and a dedicated Research & Development team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer communication. Handle customer inquiries, share product details, prepare quotations, and follow up on order status. Maintain and update customer and sales databases regularly. Manage documentation including Proforma Invoices, Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, and more. Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for orders, payments, and customer satisfaction. Assist field sales teams with reporting, lead tracking, and sales forecasting. Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order fulfillment. Support post-sales communication and resolve any client concerns. Help prepare periodic sales reports and dashboards. Handle documentation for both domestic and export sales, including logistics coordination. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in manufacturing or export companies. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP software is a plus. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of sales documentation and export formalities is advantageous.
