Job Title:

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in day-to-day operations, manage client communications, prepare sales reports, and ensure smooth coordination between customers, the sales team, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team and clients to manage orders, quotations, and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, order status, and customer databases.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and documentation.
Ensure all sales documentation (POs, invoices, dispatch details) are accurate and updated.
Communicate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, production) to ensure timely delivery.
Support sales executives in achieving monthly targets and maintaining customer relationships.
Track pending payments and coordinate with the accounts team for collections.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in client interactions.

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce or equivalent.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or in a similar role.
Skills:

Strong communication and coordination skills
Good command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of CRM or ERP software (preferred)
Time management and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
