Position: Backend Executive Location: Noida Sec-80 Experience: 1-3 years Salary: As per company standard Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Female candidate who is fluent in English and skilled in Advanced Excel. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, managing customer data, and generating reports using Excel, Coordinate with sales or support teams to ensure seamless follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound/inbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle queries professionally in English / Hindi. Maintain and update customer databases. Use Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc.) to generate reports. Coordinate with sales or support teams to ensure seamless follow-up. (Need Only FEMALE Candidate) Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English / Hindi Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas preferred). Strong organizational and data handling skills.
