Analyze and enhance manufacturing workflows to maximize productivity and minimize waste, Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to meet industry standards, Supervise the maintenance and operation of textile machinery to ensure optimal performance, Work closely with design, QC, and production teams to develop new products and resolve technical issues, Provide guidance and training to production staff on best practices and safety protocols, Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, Implement practices to reduce energy consumption and waste, promoting environmental sustainability. Must Knowledge of entire Production Process,Team Leadership, Data Analysis, Sustainability Practices.

Coordinate the sales teams daily operations, schedules, and front desk activities Maintain, file, and organize all essential sales documents Ensure availability and adequacy of sales-related equipment or material Handle customer complaints professionally and provide after-sales support Manage and organize financial and non-financial data in electronic systems and generate relevant reports Process all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients proactively about any delays, changes, or issues Monitor team performance, identify shortcomings, and recommend improvements Assist in planning and organizing promotional materials, marketing activities, or events Collect, maintain Data and create Business Intelligence reports using that data Ensure all work complies with company policies and legal requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting. Good understanding of social media usage for business communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Highly organized, responsible, and strong in problem-solving Team-oriented mindset with a high level of dedication Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field Certification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
