Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Location: Dharampur, Himachal Predesh
Qualifications: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as aSales Coordinator in any industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
·Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ), proforma invoices, and quotations for projects. Develop cost estimates and conduct rate analysis to maintain competitive and up-to-date pricing. Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide tailored solutions, and manage technical documentation including material lists and cost estimates. Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to monitor on-site activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of projects. Conduct training sessions for new employees on estimation procedures, BOQ preparation, and invoicing. Organize regular sales team meetings and facilitate sample coordination between clients and sales teams.
