Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely processing and follow-up with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to drive business growth through effective communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales or related field (Manufacturing Sales/Industrial Sales).
Strong understanding of industrial products/services industry trends and market dynamics.
Excellent Sales Support skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary will be based on experience.
