Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
• Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales operations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales presentations, and product sheets.
• Handle order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records using ERP systems.
Client Communication
• Serve as the primary contact for customer queries and order updates.
• Coordinate with clients for documentation, deliveries, and post-sales support.
• Schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-up calls.
Reporting & Documentation
• Create daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
• Track sales performance metrics, targets, and sales pipeline.
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and communication logs.
Coordination with Internal Teams
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations for timely order fulfillment.
• Support marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain smooth communication between sales and technical/product teams.
• Data Analysis and Reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a sales coordinator or in an administrative role (freshers considered depending on company).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP software preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail with good analytical abilities.
