We work closely with doctors, distributors, and institutional partners to deliver Canada Health, WHO GMP-certified, trusted homoeopathic formulations rooted in natural science. As we scale our sales operations nationwide, we are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinators who can support sales teams, manage orders, coordinate with key accounts, and help drive smooth execution across channels. Key Responsibilities

Medical Representative Coordination

  • Act as the

    single point of contact

    between company medical representatives and the HO.
  • Coordinate daily/weekly communication with field staff across assigned territories.
  • Handle medical reps’ queries related to products, orders, availability, schemes, and targets.

Reimbursement & Expense Management

  • Collect, verify, and track

    TA/DA, travel, and expense reimbursement claims

    from medical reps.
  • Ensure proper documentation, approval follow-ups, and coordination with the finance team.
  • Maintain accurate reimbursement records and closure status.

Order & Requirement Coordination

  • Coordinate field requirements such as:
  • Sample requests
  • Promotional materials (visual aids, literature, gifts, etc.)
  • Stock or special product requirements
  • Follow up internally to ensure timely dispatch and resolution.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain records of:
  • Field staff attendance and activity reports
  • Territory-wise updates
  • Pending queries, reimbursements, and requests
  • Prepare basic MIS reports for management review.

Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with sales, dispatch, production, and accounts teams to resolve field-related issues.
  • Support onboarding of new medical representatives (documentation, initial coordination, process guidance).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in

    pharma/homoeopathy sales coordination

    , sales support, or back-office coordination.
  • Prior exposure to

    medical representative coordination

    is strongly preferred.
  • Good understanding of pharma sales processes, field operations, and reimbursement structures.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills (Hindi & English preferred).
  • Comfortable working with WhatsApp, email, Excel, and basic MIS tools.
  • Highly organized, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.
