Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager – Sustainable Products (Stationery & Furniture) Location: Mumbai (Extensive Pan-India Travel Required) Industry: Sustainable Products / Government Sales / Furniture & Stationery Experience Required: 5+ Years in Sales / Business Development About Us: We are a sustainability-driven brand focused on eco-friendly stationery and furniture solutions. With a mission to bring sustainable innovation into everyday use, we work with educational institutions, government bodies, and corporates across India. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager who can spearhead growth initiatives, especially in government and institutional sales. The ideal candidate will have established business networks, particularly in Mumbai, and be comfortable traveling across India to expand our footprint. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to engage government clients, educational institutions, and public-sector organizations. Leverage existing networks to generate leads and secure long-term business partnerships. Meet and liaise with government officials and institutional stakeholders to promote our product range. Identify and respond to tenders and procurement opportunities aligned with our offerings. Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and official meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with production, logistics, and marketing strategies. Provide regular updates, reports, and market insights to senior leadership. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in any Business Administration. A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or PG in Sales/Marketing will be preferred. Skills Required: Strong leadership, business development, and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A strong understanding and passion for sports, with knowledge of sports operations/management (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent time management and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to communicate fluently in Marathi, English and Hindi Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Why Join Us?
