Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager who can spearhead growth initiatives, especially in government and institutional sales. The ideal candidate will have established business networks, particularly in Mumbai, and be comfortable traveling across India to expand our footprint. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to engage government clients, educational institutions, and public-sector organizations. Leverage existing networks to generate leads and secure long-term business partnerships. Meet and liaise with government officials and institutional stakeholders to promote our product range. Identify and respond to tenders and procurement opportunities aligned with our offerings. Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and official meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with production, logistics, and marketing strategies. Provide regular updates, reports, and market insights to senior leadership. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in any Business Administration. A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or PG in Sales/Marketing will be preferred. Skills Required: Strong leadership, business development, and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A strong understanding and passion for sports, with knowledge of sports operations/management (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent time management and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to communicate fluently in Marathi, English and Hindi Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Why Join Us? Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sports Event Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting incoming leads, handling client communications with professionalism, and supporting event execution to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Convert qualified leads provided by the company into successful sales. Make effective and persuasive sales calls to engage potential clients. Draft clear, professional, and tailored emails to follow up and communicate with clients. Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups with all prospects. Understand client requirements and provide suitable event solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sports events. Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays during events.
