Sales Executive – Sports Management

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sports Event Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting incoming leads, handling client communications with professionalism, and supporting event execution to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Convert qualified leads provided by the company into successful sales. Make effective and persuasive sales calls to engage potential clients. Draft clear, professional, and tailored emails to follow up and communicate with clients. Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups with all prospects. Understand client requirements and provide suitable event solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sports events. Provide on-ground support during events to ensure client satisfaction. Update and manage lead databases/CRM tools regularly. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Prepare and submit daily sales and follow-up reports to the reporting manager. Requirements: 1 year plus experience in sales, preferably in the event or sports industry. Excellent communication skills—both verbal (phone calls) and written (emails). Strong client handling and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays during events. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Sports Management. Passion for sports and events will be an added advantage. Why Join Us?
