What You Will Work On
lead generation, qualification, and opportunity creation
Market Research & Targeting
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Identify active hiring, staffing, or transformation needs in global markets.
- Build and maintain structured prospect lists by segment and geography.
Outreach & Engagement
- Support
LinkedIn-based outreach
and professional engagement. - Assist in drafting and testing outreach messages and email sequences.
- Engage thoughtfully with prospects through contextual, value-led conversations.
- Follow up on warm leads and ongoing conversations.
Opportunity Qualification & Support
- Help qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
- Coordinate discovery calls, demos, and follow-up discussions.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure clean tracking of conversations and pipeline.
- Support proposal preparation, consultant introductions, and follow-ups.
Learning Product & Customer Value
- Understand SkillsCapital’s product offerings, talent cloud, and value proposition.
- Learn how to position solutions based on client needs rather than generic pitches.
- Observe and assist in product demos and client discussions.
- Capture customer insights and feedback to improve messaging and targeting.
Operations & Process Improvement
- Support sales operations, reporting, and pipeline hygiene.
- Identify gaps in outreach or qualification processes and suggest improvements.
- Help document sales playbooks, templates, and best practices.
