🎯 Role Overview

We’re hiring a dynamic Sales Head to lead student acquisition, drive enrolments, and manage a results-driven team. You’ll own the entire sales lifecycle and contribute directly to Finplan’s growth.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Target Ownership: Deliver enrolment targets across ACCA, US CMA, and MIA. Improve funnel metrics.

• Team Leadership: Manage telecounselors & BDEs. Drive performance and coaching.

• Process & CRM: Ensure zero lead leakage, CRM compliance, and SOP execution.

• Strategy: Build institutional tie-ups, monitor trends, and align with market shifts.

🧠 Requirements

• 6–9 years in inside/B2C/education sales; 2+ years in a leadership role

• Strong communication, closure, and team-building skills

• CRM expertise (LeadSquared, Zoho, etc.)

• Passion for student success & education
