Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer located in Thane. As a Placement Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, organizing career counseling sessions, providing training, and fostering education-industry partnerships. You will liaise with industry partners to ensure suitable placement opportunities for students, conduct workshops to enhance their skills, and guide them through the placement process. Your role will also involve tracking placement statistics and maintaining relationships with alumni and recruiters. Qualifications Campus Placement coordination skills Excellent Communication skills Experience in Career Counseling and providing Training Knowledge and experience in the Education sector Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the finance or education industry is a plus
