About the Role:

You’ll be the link between our candidates and the companies looking to hire them, creating demand and driving successful placements. A mix of networking, pitching and celebrating wins!

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, HR leaders, and hiring managers.

- Identify hiring demand and secure opportunities for placing our trained candidates across multiple roles.

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand candidate strengths and match them with suitable opportunities.

- Maintain outreach trackers, conversion reports and placement dashboards.

- Represent the organization in industry events, job fairs, campus drives and networking meets.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in placement, corporate relations, business development, or talent acquisition.

- Strong corporate network and ability to initiate and nurture industry partnerships.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable travelling for corporate meetings and partnership discussions (as required).
