The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, auditing, and financial management, with a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring CAs or finance professionals. Responsibilities: Deliver structured classroom training sessions in accounting, finance, taxation, audit, and related areas. Develop and customize training content, materials, and case studies as per learners' needs. Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and support learners in exam preparation or corporate upskilling. Stay updated with changes in CA curriculum, tax laws, and finance regulations. Coordinate with training coordinators for scheduling and feedback. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership. Minimum 3 years of experience in industry/practice/training. Prior teaching or corporate training experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Availability for on-site sessions in Bangalore as per training schedule. Ability to engage and mentor learners of varying skill levels. Preferred Skills: Exposure to CA Foundation, Intermediate, or Final coaching. Knowledge of GST, Direct Tax, Ind AS, and Accounting Standards.
