About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Trainer to deliver high-quality training to undergraduate students (BSc – Pharma) at our partnered college in Peenya, Bangalore. This training will be part of their academic curriculum to bridge classroom learning with industry practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging sessions on GMP as per industry and regulatory guidelines.
• Share training content, presentations, and real-world examples.
• Evaluate student learning through activities and Q&A sessions.
• Ensure training meets both academic and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of industry or training experience in GMP-compliant environments.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, WHO, and ISO standards related to manufacturing practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

• Prior experience as a corporate/academic trainer.
• Hands-on exposure to pharma manufacturing, QA/QC, or regulatory affairs.

Session Details:

• Batch: College students (BSc level)
• Total Hours: 30 hours (schedule will be discussed)
• Mode: On-campus (Peenya, Bangalore)
