Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Pre-Placement Trainer to guide and mentor college students for their placement journey. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in conducting interview prep sessions, resume building workshops, aptitude training, and soft skills development. Preference will be given to professionals who have corporate/industry connections and a proven track record of student placements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging pre-placement training sessions for college students.
• Mold students to be job-ready with resume preparation, mock interviews, and group discussions.
• Deliver training on aptitude, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Share insights on industry trends, job roles, and expectations.
• Use company/industry connections to support student placement.
• Maintain student progress and provide individual mentorship where needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in pre-placement or campus training.
• Strong knowledge of placement processes and corporate hiring expectations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Connections or networks in the corporate hiring space is a big plus.
• Ability to motivate and guide students from diverse backgrounds.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience
