Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Chartered Accountant (CA) Trainer to deliver high-quality, on-site training sessions in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, auditing, and financial management, with a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring CAs or finance professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured classroom training sessions in accounting, finance, taxation, audit, and related areas.
• Develop and customize training content, materials, and case studies as per learners' needs.
• Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and support learners in exam preparation or corporate upskilling.
• Stay updated with changes in CA curriculum, tax laws, and finance regulations.
• Coordinate with training coordinators for scheduling and feedback.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industry/practice/training.
• Prior teaching or corporate training experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for on-site sessions in Bangalore as per training schedule.
• Ability to engage and mentor learners of varying skill levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to CA Foundation, Intermediate, or Final coaching.
• Knowledge of GST, Direct Tax, Ind AS, and Accounting Standards.
• Experience with corporate training programs in finance or compliance.
