Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role, located in Mumbai, for a Sales Business Development professional. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities through market research and lead generation, building and maintaining client relationships, implementing sales strategies, and driving key initiatives to achieve business goals. The role requires working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and consistent delivery of tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and derive insights
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify business opportunities
• Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retain clients
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or related areas is a plus
