Role Description

The Sales Business Development role is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and conducting market research to target prospective customers effectively. Responsibilities also include delivering exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires a proactive, goal-oriented mindset and a passion for driving successful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and target potential clients effectively.
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and foster positive interactions.
• Experience in sales or business development is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
