Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven B2B Sales & Business Development Executive with proven experience in selling IT products, SaaS solutions, ERP systems, and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in lead generation, LinkedIn B2B marketing, client presentations, deal closures, and client onboarding, while contributing to revenue growth and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn marketing, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline.
  • Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to create a qualified lead database.

2. LinkedIn B2B Marketing & Social Media Lead Generation

  • Execute LinkedIn B2B marketing strategies for outbound and inbound lead generation.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research, lead tracking, and outreach campaigns.
  • Generate organic leads through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Engage with prospects through content sharing, comments, direct messaging, and community participation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with lead-generation goals.

3. Client Interaction & Presentations

  • Conduct professional client presentations for IT products, ERP solutions, SaaS platforms, and digital marketing services.
  • Understand client business needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with founders, CXOs, and key decision-makers.

4. Sales Conversion & Client Onboarding

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project kick-off.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

5. Communication, Follow-ups & CRM Management

  • Make outbound calls for lead qualification, follow-ups, and pitch discussions.
  • Maintain regular and professional communication with prospects and clients.
  • Update and manage all sales activities in CRM or internal tracking tools.

6. Market Research & Sales Strategy

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Share market insights with management to improve sales strategies and offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
  • Proven experience selling IT products, SaaS solutions, ERP systems, or digital marketing services.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B outreach strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms for organic lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver professional presentations (online and offline).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SMM, Performance Marketing) is an added advantage.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn prospecting.
