The Digital marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our clients’ online presence, engage their target audience, and drive lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, email marketing, and online advertising. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Create and curate engaging content that aligns with clients’ brand voices and goals. Monitor social media trends, audience feedback, and platform changes to adapt strategies accordingly. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce impactful social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing collateral. Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with industry best practices. Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows. Analyze email performance metrics and refine strategies to improve open rates and conversions. Online Advertising: Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to achieve clients’ marketing objectives. Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to maximize ROI on ad spends. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance, generate reports, and provide insights to clients. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to enhance performance and engagement. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, developers, and account managers, to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Train and mentor junior team members in social media best practices and strategies. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field. Proven expertise in SMM, email marketing, and content writing. Familiarity with Meta and Google Ads platforms and experience running paid campaigns. Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content. Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Understanding of current digital marketing trends and strategies.
