This is a remote position.
Contour’s sales engine runs on clarity, accuracy, and accountability. Your role is to protect that standard through structured auditing and strong team leadership.
In the early phase, you will conduct audits yourself to understand the workflow in depth and establish clear quality benchmarks. As the function grows, your focus will shift toward building audit frameworks, leading the audit team, and converting insights into structured improvements across the sales operation.
You will collaborate closely with both the India and Australia Sales Management teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and operational clarity across all sales processes.

Lead and coach a team of Sales Auditors to deliver consistent, measurable quality.
Define and enforce clear standards for audit accuracy, output, and turnaround time.
Review audit reports for clarity, completeness, and alignment with guidelines.
Run regular calibration sessions to reduce variance in judgment and maintain fairness.
Audit sales calls, CRM entries, documentation quality, data accuracy, and compliance with sales SOPs.
Identify patterns, gaps, and process deviations across multiple sales workflows.
Maintain organised documentation of audit findings and team performance.
Design and refine audit templates, rubrics, and scorecards.
Track audit throughput, error patterns, and weekly performance metrics.
Prepare weekly summaries and insights for sales management teams.
Identify recurring issues based on audit data and propose structured improvement plans.
Work with Australia Sales Management to address root causes and improve workflow efficiency.
Partner with internal teams to implement updated SOPs, documentation changes, and system-level enhancements.
Build preventive audit checks and early-warning mechanisms to reduce repeat issues.
Conduct audits yourself to understand the existing system, establish credibility, and set quality expectations.
Use insights from this phase to refine templates, improve audit guidelines, and train auditors effectively.
This role directly influences the accuracy and reliability of our sales operations. You will shape a growing function, build structured systems, and collaborate closely with senior leadership.

Graduate degree in any discipline
3 to 5 years of experience in auditing, operations, or process management, including 1+ years in a team lead or supervisory role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Experience building structured systems, templates, or tracking tools
Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards during high-volume periods
Comfortable working AEDT/AEST shift timings
Experience in sales operations, EdTech, BPO, or contact center environments
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Monday.com, HubSpot, or Salesforce
Exposure to QA frameworks, call listening, quality scoring, or compliance audits
Experience building scorecards or evaluation systems
