Company Name: ZDEK Warehousing Logistics Pvt LtdLocation: [Specify Location – e.g., Patna, Bihar]Position: Sales & Marketing SpecialistExperience Required: Minimum 3 years in Agro-Commodity Industry---Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the agro-commodity sector. The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, developing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and expanding the company’s presence in the commodity market (Maize, Paddy, Wheat, and other agri products).---Key Responsibilities:Business Development & SalesIdentify, approach, and convert new clients including farmers, traders, processors, exporters, and funding partners.Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline for commodity procurement and funding services.Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and ensure smooth execution of transactions.Marketing & StrategyDevelop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services (warehousing, logistics, and funding support).Conduct market analysis to identify demand, price trends, and competitor activities in agro-commodities.Build and manage branding, digital marketing, and client outreach initiatives.Client Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.Address client requirements promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.Act as the company’s representative in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare sales reports, market insights, and revenue forecasts for management review.Track marketing ROI and suggest improvements in strategy.Maintain accurate records of contracts, negotiations, and sales closures.---Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of agro-commodities (maize, wheat, paddy, etc.) and commodity trading ecosystem.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the agro sector.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong market research and analytical abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.---Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 3 years of sales & marketing experience in agro-commodity industry.Familiarity with commodity funding, warehousing, and logistics will be an added advantage.---Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Travel allowances for client visits and field operations.Opportunities for career growth within a fast-growing agro-logistics company.
