Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Jaisalmer. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, managing customer accounts, and driving sales targets. They will work closely with the sales team, conduct training sessions, engage with customers, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, achieve targets, and oversee sales operations effectively.
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to ensure continuous professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
• Familiarity with the beverage industry and knowledge of market trends is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
