Factory/Project Manager

About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end factory operations including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
• Manage greenfield

  plant setup/expansion projects

  – from design and equipment selection to commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with

  FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000

  , and other relevant standards.
• Oversee daily production targets, downtime analysis, and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams — QA/QC, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets and ensure timely project delivery.
• Drive

  automation

  ,

  energy optimisation

  , and

  continuous improvement

  initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)

  or related field.
• 15–20 years of experience in the

  beverage industry

  , with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in

  factory management

  and

  project execution

  .
• Hands-on experience with bottling, packaging, utility management, and plant safety protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and project management tools.
