Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves driving sales growth through strategic market analysis, fostering relationships with clients and partners, and managing customer training sessions. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns that align with business goals. The role will also encompass monitoring market trends and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively Customer Service proficiency with a focus on client satisfaction Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets and developing strategies Ability to conduct Training sessions to enhance client understanding of solutions Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Prior experience within the technology or education sectors is a plus
