Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Noida. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting mediEND's surgical offerings, and consistently achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, conducting training sessions for team members, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement sales strategies effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional support.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and educate team members on sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Highly organized with exceptional interpersonal and time-management skills, alongside strong problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with surgical services is a plus.
