As a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Specialist in the sauces, gravies, and mayonnaise industry, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth, develop and execute marketing strategies, and establish strong customer relationships to enhance brand awareness and market penetration. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, expanding market share for sauces and mayonnaise products, and building relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers to drive product sales and secure new business opportunities. Additionally, you will conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity, using this information to adjust strategies and improve product offerings. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns for sauces and mayonnaise products across various channels such as online, retail, and trade shows. Managing product promotions, advertising, and brand messaging will be crucial in increasing customer engagement and brand loyalty. You will also be responsible for creating content for promotional materials including brochures, social media posts, advertisements, and website copy. Market research will be an essential part of your role as you analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product development and improvement. Monitoring competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies will enable you to identify potential advantages and market positioning. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Tracking sales performance, analyzing sales data, and preparing reports on key performance metrics will provide valuable insights into sales performance, allowing you to recommend improvements based on data-driven analysis. Staying updated on product offerings, ingredients, and production processes in the sauces and mayonnaise sector will be important. You will also be responsible for training sales teams, distributors, and partners on product knowledge, selling techniques, and key selling points. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the food industry (sauces, condiments, or FMCG). Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales strategies, and market research is required, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, and familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms are also essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in B2B and B2C sales channels, familiarity with food industry regulations and trends, and knowledge of consumer behavior and market segmentation.
