Position Overview:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the travel and tourism sector.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages, flights, hotels, and travel services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and vendors.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Participate in marketing activities, travel fairs, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Provide excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in travel or hospitality sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for travel and a good understanding of domestic & international destinations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
