Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Jaipur team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, converting inquiries into bookings, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the travel and tourism sector. Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages, flights, hotels, and travel services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and vendors. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Participate in marketing activities, travel fairs, and promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Provide excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in travel or hospitality sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for travel and a good understanding of domestic & international destinations. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
