The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales initiatives. Additional responsibilities include providing training and support to customers and sales teams. This is an on-site role located in Indore. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to conduct Training and support sales initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience in the education or research industry is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
