Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Vadodara. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and developing marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, conducting market research, analyzing sales trends, creating reports, and providing sales training to team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Sales, Sales Management, and ability to identify sales opportunities
• Experience in providing Training to team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in analyzing sales trends and creating reports
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the steel and engineering industry is a plus
