Astra Chemtech Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-performance printing inks, coatings, and specialty chemicals, serving the packaging and label printing industry. We are expanding our Offset Segment & UV SF segment and seeking an experienced Dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth and technical engagement with customers.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager – Narrow Web (UV Flexo) will be responsible for business development, managing key accounts, conducting on-site product trials, and building strong relationships with customers in the label and packaging segment along with SF. The role requires deep technical knowledge of Flexo, inks, SF, and printing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the Narrow Web & UV Flexo market.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with label converters, printers, OEMs, and distributors.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to plan strategic sales initiatives.

Technical Support & Trials

• Lead on-press trials and demonstrations at customer sites.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and process optimization support.
• Coordinate with R&D and production teams for product development, customization, and quality matters.

Account Management

• Manage key accounts to ensure consistent business and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews.
• Ensure timely delivery, payments, and after-sales support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams — R&D, QC, Production, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
• Participate in product launches, exhibitions, and customer events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B. Tech in Printing Technology (mandatory).
• 10–12 years of experience in Narrow Web / UV Flexo inks, coatings, or related printing solutions.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, press parameters, and ink performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct technical trials and troubleshoot printing issues independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Compensation

• Annual CTC:

  ₹20–22 Lakhs (based on experience & performance).
